Founded in 2008, ACS Hong Kong moved into its first offices in May of that year. Located on Pottinger Street (named after the first governor of Hong Kong, Henry Pottinger) in Central Hong Kong island –the team originally consisted of a Cargo Charter division and a Private Charter division.

Growth has been impressive ever since, requiring the team to relocate to bigger premises in 2010 and then again to the current office in 2013 (ACS’s first office not on Hong Kong Island).

The latest move coincided with the creation of a Group Charter division.
Nowadays, Air Charter Service Hong Kong has 14 members of staff including Cargo, Group and Private Charter divisions. In addition there are office management and accounts departments.

All our account managers have knowledge of a huge range of different aircraft types, not just a specific category.

This means you can speak to the same account manager, whatever your charter needs.

Our phones are manned 24/7, 365 days a year. Each charter is monitored closely, and all appropriate updates are reported to you.

This may include updates on the status of the aircraft or weather conditions which may affect air traffic.

Post-flight, all charter flight times and details are reported back to you, so you can provide the feedback which we use to maintain our exceptionally high standards.
